REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

ORDER CANCELLATION:

  1. Orders can be cancelled before shipping.
  2. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately via phone or WhatsApp.

RETURNS:

  1. Due to the fragile nature of clay and glass bottles, returns are accepted only if the product is damaged during delivery.
  2. Customers must report damage immediately after delivery by opening the box in front of delivery agent.
  3. Send clear photos to our WhatsApp number given.

NO REFUND CASES:

  1. Damage caused after delivery.
  2. Improper handling by the customer.
  3. Normal wear and tear.
